Hi everyone! I'm the Community Coordinator for 1st Hunt and am excited about the year ahead. This will be my 8th year on 1st Hunt and my 22nd year at NCSSM! I live on campus with Kelley (my wife), Garrecyn (our 11 year old daughter), Willow the pup, and GoJo the cat!

I love First Hunt and carry a lot of pride for our hall. My goal is to continue to build a community where everyone feels welcomed, we learn from each other, and we have a lot of fun along the way!

I also am the coordinator for Service Learning on the Durham campus! I am responsible for the service learning graduation requirement and provide opportunities to volunteer within the NCSSM and greater communities. I was the assistant women's volleyball coach for 17 years and have been the boys volleyball team head coach for 3 years.

I'm currently in pursuing my master's degree at UNC-G in public policy with a concentration in non-profit management. When I'm not CCing or in school, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending on campus events, and living our best life! I'm also a HUGE UNC fan and collect autographed UNC basketball cards... feel free to ask to see the collection - Go Heels!

Udayan Satapathy - 105 Main

Hey everyone! My name is Udayan Satapathy, and I am beyond excited to be one of your First Hunt Main RLAs. When I am not studying or not trying to decide what food to get from ninth street you can typically find me in my room, in the library, or outside if the weather is nice. I am active in many clubs around campus such as HOSA, FBLA, and especially FRC 900 The Zebracorns! I have many interests but want to focus primarily on neuroscience and psychology but I am always down to learn about new things and help people if they have questions regarding anything! My door is truly always open if you need help with classes, want to know the best spots to eat outside of campus, or need a person to just talk to; easy or difficult conversations. Looking forward to an amazing year with all of you! FIRST HUNT ON TOP (don't forget it)!
